Unwind-Rewind Reelstands :

Coating Unit :

• Coating roller mounting system offers flexibility of using integral shafted or hollow rollers.

Doctor blade unit :
• Strong and rigid construction of doctor blade assembly ensure clean coat results at all speeds.
• Precise blade movement for vertical, horizontal and angular adjustment.
• Doctoring pressure adjustable pneumatically.
• Blade locking by eccentric mechanism without any tools.

Pressure Roll Unit :
• Flexibility of using hollow or integral shafted rubber rollers.
• As an option this unit can be designed for sleeved rubber rollers which allow changeover of rubber sleeves on the machine without web removal or releasing the web tension.
• Pneumatically adjustable pressure setting on both sides.

Drying unit :
• High efficiency drying hoods along with quick exhaust system ensure proper drying of adhesives and solvent removal at all speeds.
• Pneumatic opening of drying hoods allow easy access for manual web threading and cleaning of rollers and nozzles.

Lamination Unit :
• Mirror finished steel roller having heating provision by electric heaters or by hot water/oil circulation.
• Automatic tension is controlled by a digital AC drive having load cell feedback.
